Transactional SMS Messages:

By using the Megaton app, you consent to receive transactional SMS notifications related to your scheduled calls, such as reminders, failure notifications, and transcriptions of completed calls. These messages are necessary for the operation of the service and are sent to keep you informed about the status of your calls.

Opt-In for SMS Messages:

When you sign up for the App and provide a phone number, you will be required to opt-in to receive these transactional SMS notifications. You will receive a confirmation message after signing up, such as:

"Reply YES to receive updates about your Megaton call schedule. Message and data rates may apply."

Opt-Out of SMS Messages:

You can opt-out of receiving further SMS notifications at any time by adjusting your settings within the app. If you opt out, you will stop receiving SMS messages related to your scheduled calls, but you will still be able to use the core features of the app.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure.

6. Your Choices

You can update or correct your account information via the App or by contacting support. You can manage your subscription and payments through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may opt out of promotional communications by following unsubscribe instructions in emails.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
